ARIAby LuminOne

Engagement

Four ways to work with LuminOne.

There are four ways to work with LuminOne. Take ARIA as seat based software and run it with your own team. Bring in embedded engineers who build and deploy workflows alongside you. License a customer specific platform that we manage. Or combine these where it suits how your team actually works.

Models

The four ways

Software, embedded engineers, a managed platform, or a combination of these.

Software

Seat based access to ARIA for your own team.

Your team uses ARIA directly, starting with ready made workflows and adding more over time. This suits teams who have the capacity to own the work themselves and want to move without outside help.

Best when you have internal ownership and a clear first workflow in mind.

Embedded engineers

Forward deployed engineers who build alongside your team.

Engineers from LuminOne work with your commercial team directly. They find the work worth automating, build it on ARIA, deploy it, and stay involved to troubleshoot, drive adoption, and improve it. They join strategy sessions, take action items out of them, and turn commercial excellence initiatives into working automation on the platform.

Best when the opportunity is clear but internal capacity to build and deploy it is not.

Managed platform

A customer specific ARIA platform, operated for you.

We build a model tuned to your organisation using only your data, then run the platform as a managed service. Depending on your requirements, we host and manage it, or you host it and we manage it. This path is shaped around each customer, so the specifics are agreed with you rather than fixed in advance.

Best when data control or hosting requirements make a shared environment unworkable.

A combination

Mix the above to match your requirements.

These are not exclusive. Teams commonly start in one model and add another, for example running software seats while embedded engineers build a specific workflow alongside them.

Best when different parts of the organisation need different levels of support.

Design partnership

Where most teams start

A one quarter design partnership, building real workflows rather than running a demonstration.

What it is

A one quarter design partnership. We work with a small number of life sciences commercial teams to build and deploy real workflows on ARIA, rather than run a demonstration.

Why we run it this way

ARIA is early. Working directly with the teams who will use it produces a better product than building against assumptions, and gives partners direct influence over what gets built.

What we ask of you

A named owner on your side, access to the systems in scope, and enough of your team's time to review and approve the work ARIA prepares. Without review the work has no value.

How to start

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

How can customers work with LuminOne?
Four ways. Seat based software your team runs, embedded forward deployed engineers who build and deploy workflows alongside your team, a customer specific managed platform, or a combination of these.
When should a customer choose software rather than an embedded team?
Choose software when you have internal ownership and a clear first workflow. Choose an embedded team when the opportunity is understood but the capacity to build, deploy, and drive adoption is not available internally.
When does a managed platform make sense?
When data control or hosting requirements mean a shared environment will not work. We build a model using only your data and run the platform as a managed service, either hosted by us or hosted by you and managed by us.
How is ARIA priced?
Pricing depends on which of these models you choose and the scope involved. Get in touch and we will talk through the options that fit your situation.
What does the design partnership involve?
It runs for one quarter. We build and deploy real workflows with a small number of life sciences commercial teams, with a named owner on your side and access to the systems in scope.
