About

The commercial workflows life sciences runs on, built with you.

LuminOne builds ARIA, a platform for turning a company's own data and the outside market into real-time commercial insight, and into the work that follows from it. Some of it ships ready to use. A lot of it we build alongside your team.

A platform, and a team, for commercial work

A platform, not one tool

ARIA is a platform for building commercial workflows in life sciences. The buying-moment work you can try on the home page is one solution running on it. The larger part of what we do is building the specific workflow a team needs, on the same foundation.

Off the shelf, or built with you

Some commercial jobs are common enough to ship as ready-made solutions. Many are not. For those, our team works embedded alongside yours to build a bespoke workflow on the platform, with the same sourcing and approval guarantees, tuned to the problem in front of you.

Real-time insight from your data and the market

Underneath both, ARIA reads a company's own systems together with outside signals such as funding, clinical-trial movement, filings, and competitor activity, and turns them into proactive insight a commercial team can act on while it still matters.

A person approves everything

Nothing ARIA prepares is sent or written back without someone on your team approving it, every claim is traceable to a primary source, and every action is logged and reversible. In a regulated industry that is not a feature, it is the point.

Built by someone who has lived it.

I spent more than a decade in life-sciences commercial roles, watching the same thing happen. A biotech would raise on Monday, a competitor would call on Tuesday, and my team would hear about it in the next pipeline review. I started LuminOne to close that gap: catch what matters, prepare the work, and leave the judgment with the team.

That conviction is why ARIA keeps a person in the loop on everything it does. In this industry, an AI that invents a fact is a liability, not a rounding error.

For reporters and editors

Dhruv Patwardhan spent more than a decade in life-sciences commercial roles before founding LuminOne. LuminOne's platform, ARIA, turns a company's own data and outside-market signals into real-time insight and the commercial work that follows, delivered as ready-made solutions or built hands-on with an embedded team for a customer's specific workflows. Nothing it produces goes out until a person approves it. He speaks candidly about where AI earns its place in regulated commercial work, and where it is oversold.
