Evidence and control
ARIA does not turn thin evidence into a confident answer. It assembles the public records and account context available for a named commercial question, shows the source trail behind each claim, and says when the evidence is not enough. A person reviews every prepared action before it goes out or writes back to a system.
Operating rule
ARIA begins with the records available for the account and the workflow in scope. A claim in a brief, draft, or CRM-ready note should link back to the record that supports it, so the reviewer can check the basis before using it.
A public record can establish that something happened without establishing every detail a commercial team would like to know. When the available evidence does not support a specific conclusion, ARIA should show the gap rather than complete the story with a plausible guess.
ARIA prepares work; it does not make the commercial commitment. A person decides whether a sourced brief, drafted outreach, or CRM update is correct for the account and appropriate to use.
Every approved action is logged and reversible. That makes it possible to trace what was prepared, what evidence was available, what a reviewer chose, and what changed afterwards.
Public records
The records depend on the workflow and customer scope. These public sources illustrate the kind of primary evidence a reviewer can inspect; they do not make every commercial conclusion knowable.
Public company filings and Form D records can provide a dated primary record for a financing or corporate event.
Trial records can establish information that has been registered publicly, while leaving unknown details explicitly unknown.
NIH award records can provide a primary public source for funded research activity.
